Cricket Fitness

Cricket fitness focuses on improving the physical attributes required for cricket, such as agility, power, speed, and endurance while also creating a fun competitive environment.

Through targeted exercises and training techniques, participants can enhance their cricket performance by developing core strength, explosive power, and cardiovascular fitness.

This specialised training program is designed to help cricketers optimise their on-field performance and reduce the risk of injuries.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings 8:15-9:15 (small groups) Wednesday and Thursday evenings 18:30-19:30 and 19:30-20:30 (small groups)
